Job Description

About the RoleJoin our dynamic marketing team and take ownership of our performance marketing strategy across multiple channels. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth while maximizing return on ad spend.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across Facebook Ads and Google Ads platforms
- Manage substantial advertising budgets and optimize for maximum ROI and ROAS
- Create, test, and iterate on ad creatives, copy, targeting, and landing pages
- Build and manage campaigns including Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube ads on Google
- Design and optimize Facebook/Instagram campaigns including lead generation, conversions, and retargeting
- Implement advanced audience segmentation and targeting strategies
- Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve campaign performance
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Track and report on key metrics including CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and LTV
- Manage pixel implementation, conversion tracking, and attribution modeling
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad assets
- Stay updated on platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry best practices
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining or improving efficiency metrics
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media
- Expert-level proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads (mandatory)
- Proven track record of managing and scaling campaigns with significant budgets ($50K+ monthly)
- Deep understanding of Facebook Business Manager, Ads Manager, and Meta Pixel
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ads including Search, Shopping, Display, and Performance Max campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, GTM, and attribution tools
- Experience with conversion rate optimization and funnel analysis
- Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret metrics and make strategic decisions
- Excellent understanding of e-commerce marketing funnels and customer journeys
- Experience with creative testing and ad copywriting
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience marketing for clothing and/or jewellery brands is a strong plus
- Knowledge of fashion and luxury e-commerce market dynamics
- Experience with TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, or other emerging platforms
- Familiarity with email marketing and retention strategies
- Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
- Understanding of influencer marketing and brand collaborations
- Knowledge of SEO and how it complements paid strategies
- Certifications: Google Ads Certification, Meta Blueprint Certification
